We are big Toy Story fans here at my house so I was super excited when one of my clients asked me to make a Jesse themed tiered cowgirl skirt for her daughter's birthday party. I used a Michael Miller print to make a three tiered twirl skirt and finished it off with faux denim bias tape trim!
