Scarlet turns 3 next week and will celebrate with a Rapunzel themed party this weekend. I made this 'Anna' skirt for her in the last bit of Tangled fabric available (well, maybe that is a bit extreme but it is really hard to find!) Happy Birthday Sweet Girl!
