As some of you may remember, I developed a tiered skirt awhile back (see previous post for a picture). It was very flouncy and as my friend Cathy pointed out... may not be *ahem* flattering for certain body types. She asked me to develop one that would lay a little flatter but still have a tiered effect. I think Anna just looks adorable and she loved the way it twirled around her! Cute!
Now to just come up with a different name for it.... any suggestions?!
